Thank you Spiro. Incredibly helpful! I’ve been following most of that… or rather had been when I was more settled. Been on an open ended trip around the world for just over a year. After an extended stop I resumed travelling and all good sense went out of the window as the festive season approached. Ate and drank all the wrong things knowing full well a gout attack was imminent. Didn’t expect it to be the mother of all gout attacks. Six days and still going.
